This tour is considered one of the most beautiful backcountry ski tours of the Alps. Five exciting days with skis on feet!

ski crampons o ski blades
ski mountaineering boots
backpack 30 l
harness
lanyard or daisychain
ice-axe
standard crampons with anti-balling plates
sleeping bag liner (mandatory in mountain huts)
mineral salts
water bottle (1 l min) or thermos
energy bars or dried fruit/nuts
sunscreen (at least SPF 30) and UV protection lip balm
personal first aid kit
headlamp (with new batteries plus spares as backup)

Clothing

wool cap/beanie or fleece-lined hat
buff
ski goggles
mountaineering/glacier sunglasses
down jacket (optional)
waterproof shell jacket (Gore-Tex®, Paclite®, Conduit, etc.) (4th layer)
insulating garment made of Windstopper® or Primaloft® (3rd layer)
wicking turtleneck (2nd layer) 2x
breathable T-shirt (1st layer) 4x
ski gloves
light backup gloves, 1 pair
thermal leggings or tights
hiking socks (4 pairs)
