Embark on an unforgettable ski touring adventure in the majestic Lyngen Alps, one of the most iconic locations in Northern Norway. Immerse yourself in the silence of pristine nature, where mountains rise directly from the fjords, offering breathtaking landscapes and a perfect combination of sea and snow. With peaks reaching up to 1500 meters, this destination offers ski touring routes for every level, from scenic and relaxing trails to technically demanding routes for the most experienced freeriders.
Each day brings a new itinerary, with the opportunity to start your adventure right at sea level. Thrilling descents, untouched slopes, and a unique natural setting will provide you with indescribable sensations. The Lyngen Alps are the perfect paradise for those who love the blend of adventure, wild nature, and the allure of the Arctic Norway.
After an exhilarating day on the snow, relaxation awaits in traditional “rorbuer,” the typical local fishermen’s cabins, carefully renovated to offer all the comfort you need. You’ll sleep surrounded by the magic of the fjords, enveloped by the warmth of cozy accommodations where tradition and modernity come together in an authentic experience.

Departure from Milan, Turin, Verona, or other airports (depending on participants’ location) with low-cost flights to Tromsø. Car rental and transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to the first ski tour: Stormheimfjellet (1,181 m). A simple ascent to acclimatize to the surroundings. A relaxing “plaisir” ski descent.

Perhaps the most beautiful ski loop on the Lyngen Peninsula. Ascend Storgalten (1,219 m) followed by a spectacular descent on the northwest glacier. The varied and complex route concludes by crossing a wild col in the heart of the Lyngen Alps. After removing skins for the last time, we will enjoy the final thrilling turns on the descent back.

The ski tours do not present significant technical challenges (daily elevation gain of approximately 700-1,600 m), though some short sections near the summits may require crampons, and the use of ski crampons (rampant) will be frequent. Participants should also be adaptable to group living and meal preparation, as we will be staying in large houses with shared spaces.
