PROGRAM
The outings will give you hands-on experience with the major ascent techniques in different environmental conditions. Mountain huts will host our theoretical lessons, where you will learn how to plan a mountain hike, how to choose the proper equipment, some basics about snow and information about avalanche self-rescue techniques.
The outings will have a drop between 1,000 m and 1,400 m.
Below is an outline programme.

We set out from the hut on a long stretch with a gentle slope, up to the Fond Glacier, where the hillside becomes more steep and we must be very careful. We continue until we reach the summit of Punta Galisia (3,346 m). To go back to the Benevolo Hut we can choose a different trail.
At the hut, we plan our next outing, have dinner and stay for the night.
