We’ll take the lifts to Testa Grigia (3,480 m). From the Guide del Cervino hut we will follow the tracks for summer skiing up to the Breithorn (3,818 m) to get to the Verra Glacier. Then, we’ll go up to the Western Breithorn (4,165 m) and then we cross to the Central Breithorn (4,156 m). We’ll remove the skins go down along the Verra Glacier to the Ayas Guides Hut (3,394 m).

From Ayas Guides Hut (3,394 m) we’ll climb the Verra Glacier up to the homonymous hill placed between the Pollux and Castor. We’ll take the skis off to go up the Castor west face to its summit (4,221 m), then we’ll follow the scenic ridge heading south-east until it reaches the colle del Felik (4,065 m). Here we’ll put back the skis to go down to the Quintino Sella Hut (3,600 m).

From Ayas Guides Hut (3,394 m) we’ll climb the Verra Glacier up to the homonymous hill placed between the Pollux and Castor. We’ll take the skis off to go up the Castor west face to its summit (4,221 m), then we’ll follow the scenic ridge heading south-east until it reaches the colle del Felik (4,065 m). Here we’ll put back the skis to go down to the Quintino Sella Hut (3,600 m).

Then, we remove the skins and put our skis back on to go down along the Lys glacier up to Capanna Gnifetti (3,600 m) or Mantova hut (3,500 m).

We set off from the Quintino Sella (3,600 m) towards the Lyskamm Nose. We take off our skis for the steepest part to reach the summit of the Nose of the Lyskamm (4,200 m). Then, we remove the skins and put our skis back on to go down along the Lys glacier up to Capanna Gnifetti (3,600 m) or Mantova hut (3,500 m).

We set off from Capanna Gnifetti (3,600 m) or Mantova Hut (3,500 m) and climb along the Lys glacier until we get to the Lys pass (4,255 m). We continue along the Grenz Glacier to reach the Punta Gnifetti where the Capanna Regina Margherita (4,554 m) stands. Then, we begin the descent along the huge and full of crevasses Grenz glacier, until we reach the Monte Rosa Hütte (2,795 m).

We set off from Capanna Gnifetti (3,600 m) or Mantova Hut (3,500 m) and climb along the Lys glacier until we get to the Lys pass (4,255 m). We continue along the Grenz Glacier to reach the Punta Gnifetti where the Capanna Regina Margherita (4,554 m) stands. Then, we begin the descent along the huge and full of crevasses Grenz glacier, until we reach the Monte Rosa Hütte (2,795 m).

From the Monte Rosa Hütte we go down along the Gorner Glacier until we reach an altitude of about 2,400 m. We put on the skins and climb the Unter Theodule glacier before we reach the Theodule pass (3,300 m). From there we go down along the ski slopes to return to Cervinia.
